Muse Salon in February: On Motivation

For some this February might have been the real start to this year, for others it’s a month where all the plans and intentions set in January fell apart; either way it’s probably a good moment to talk about: MOTIVATION.

As a freelancer and writer keeping my motivation alive is the biggest and sometimes hardest job that I have. Needless to say that over the years I have accumulated a lot of experience on how to work with my motivation and not against it.

This is to say: This is not a self-optimising workshop to work harder and better and be super productive. I will not give you a set of rules that you strictly have to follow or certain time frames.

This is a creative workshop to find what works best for you, at this point in this weird time and whatever circumstances you deal with right now. To find your spark again, that thing that makes you feel like: It’s good to be alive. In short.

In the next Muse Salon we will:

• find your key values
• talk about different types of goal setting strategies
• explore creative exercices
• how to kill your motivation / e.g. what not to do
• talk about ways to keep motivation going
• hopefully find your spark again

The next Muse Salon will be:

28.02.2021 (last Sunday in February)

Time: 10.00am - 11.30am (UK-time) / 11.00am-12.30am (Germany) live on Zoom.

I will send you a link an hour before it starts on the day.
